Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their comfort, and reporting any changes in their condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
The role requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and involves direct resident care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and monitoring vital signs.
