  • You will own the growth “system” across the merchant lifecycle: Acquisition, Activation, and Retention.
  • Develop and optimise prospecting and acquisition strategies in partnership with channel owners.
  • Lead the squad day-to-day: backlog quality, prioritisation, story mapping, acceptance criteria, dependencies, release planning and benefits tracking.
