Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
10-15+ years of architectural experience
Experience with large-scale industrial projects
Strong BIM coordination skills using Navisworks
Ability to mentor junior architects
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with visualization tools like Rhino
Experience with mixed-use project delivery
Willingness to travel to project sites
Knowledge of energy transition solutions
Strong presentation and communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Architecture
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in architecture
Proven track record in large-scale industrial projects
Familiarity with regional building codes and regulations
