Job responsibilities Prepare presentation decks for sales team usage for client engagement Assist in gathering relevant information and documentation from clients and relevant stakeholders. Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements Support sales team to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention Partner customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers requirements and enquiries Help in organizing and executing client prospecting activities, including lead tracking and initial outreach. Support follow-up and meeting scheduling with prospective and existing clients and partners. Skills and requirements Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. At least 3–4 years of experience in a support, coordination, or client service role. Familiarity with insurance application processes and terminology is a strong advantage.
