Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, and process employment related documentation.
Plan, conduct, and document all required Fire/Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty Drills, and organize in-service education programs for staff.
Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care.

Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
Valid RN or LVN/LPN License
Current CPR certification
1 year direct patient care experience in long term care
1 year experience planning/implementing education programs
