This role requires leading a team of experts to monitor network deployment, timetables, and contractual performance KPIs while ensuring efficient interfaces with ITS and Metro contractors.
The position demands 24-7-365 availability to attend major incidents, accidents, and crises, developing mitigation procedures to prevent future occurrences.
