Job Summary

• Provide legal advice relating to fund and separate account formation and operation, as well as investment advisory services to private funds and institutional separate account clients.
• Working with the compliance department on policies and procedures, including the implementation of the Firm’s compliance program.

• Working knowledge of Investment Advisers Act of 1940
• Working knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940
• Working knowledge of 1933 and 1934 Acts
• Working knowledge of ERISA rules
• Working knowledge of private fund structures
• Authorized to work in the United States
