Salary
Base: $21.42-$31.41 per hour; Bonus/Equity: cash-based incentive program; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, 401(k) with match, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Construct engineering samples and prototypes
Read and understand drawings and specifications
Assemble component parts as per print
Utilize manual and automatic machine operation
Visually and dimensionally inspect parts
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Nice-to-have
Value-add feedback to design engineers
Participate in process/product improvement
Flexibility to work independently and in a team
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
3 years catheter-related work experience
3-5 years light assembly experience in regulated industry
Associate’s degree or above with 0-3 years experience
