Identifies and troubleshoots all possible malfunctions and conducts or schedules repairs, preparing detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions.
Supports the Sullair Training Department for customers, distributors, and employees, and works with various departments at Hitachi Global Air Power to address concerns from the field.
