Job Summary
The Academic HR Assistant will provide day-to-day academic human resource consultation and advice to faculty, chairs, managers and staff in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
This is a full-time, 39-hour per week position, currently set at a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in person and 2 days remote which is subject to change.

Key Requirements
Associates’ degree, and 4-6 years of experience
Solid understanding of applicable HR laws
Ability to manage highly confidential material
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to build and sustain collaborative working relationships
Experience working directly with people from various socioeconomic backgrounds
Proficiency with Microsoft products
Ability to access, manage and report on HR software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
PHR or SPHR preferred or ability to obtain within two years
Experience with Workday, Interfolio, and Academic Jobs Online
