Job Summary

  • The position is responsible for the clinical follow-up of a subset of liver, kidney, heart, lung, and pancreas transplant patients from the time of their transplant through their lifetime.
  • The infusion coordinator coordinates an interdisciplinary team of nursing and non-nursing resources to best serve Transplant patients at the Comprehensive Transplant Clinic.
  • Nursing care is delivered in a manner that is cost effective without compromising patient care while following OSUMC Policy and Procedure.
