Working closely with the Music Curator, the Nightlife Manager helps shape the nightly experience — from vibe and energy to programming and guest interaction — ensuring the venue reflects Faena’s artistic storytelling and high-touch hospitality.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of nightlife dynamics, strong situational awareness, and an intuitive understanding of guest psychology in high-energy, late-night environments.
