Visalia Post Acute is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist who will evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will possess a current California OT license, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to enhancing residents' independence and quality of life

Job Summary

  • Evaluate and treat residents, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help them achieve maximum independence, function, and quality of life.
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), aides, and students while communicating resident progress with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Complete necessary documentation, educate residents and families, and recommend durable medical equipment to promote functional independence.
