Must-have
Lead site operations readiness for cell therapy
Manage Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody
Oversee raw material collection to infusion workflows
Coordinate cross-functional clinical and supply chain teams
Execute risk-based site activation and training programs
Nice-to-have
Experience with complex advanced biologics therapies
Deep familiarity with hospital infusion center operations
Strong relationship building with physician leaders
Proven track record in quality system deviations management
Fluency in English and Italian languages
Key Requirements
Proven experience leading site activation for complex therapies
Expertise in COI/COC systems and end-to-end traceability
Hands-on experience with quality systems including CAPA and change control
Demonstrated capability to design training programs for HCP audiences
Track record of cross-functional leadership aligning clinical and commercial stakeholders
