The General Manager will be responsible for maximizing productivity and has responsibility for the entire operational unit across functional areas and will be accountable for budget, staffing, and operational results.

Salary
Base: 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, etc.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 14 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 12 years experience
U.S. citizenship is required
Previous experience supervising a production workforce
Significant leadership experience in a unionized environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP software applications
