Participate in and support the handling of identification of the customer quality requirement including CTQ, CTP quality characteristics, usage risk and approval requirement etc. during new project phase.
Lead the customer annual audit and support customer system audit after SOP.
Lead on in-process quality control process development and continuous improvements during new project development and mass production period.
