  • Serve as the primary technical support interface for the Malaysian Super Puma fleet to maximize aircraft availability.
  • Drive fleet performance by organizing technical workshops and spearheading cross-functional campaigns in alignment with Support Network divisions.
  • Ensure all technical responses meet Network KPI timeframes while consolidating technical Return of Experience (RETEX) reports.
