Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer related field and 12+ years of experience
  • Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Located in Washington D.C. area for on-site work
  • DoD IAT Level 2 Certification required
  • Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator (ZDTA) Certification
  • Extensive experience with Zscaler and Zero Trust
  • Extensive experience with Visio or networking diagram tools
  • Proven ability to manage network performance monitoring
  • Management of IP/DHCP/DNS/Azure technologies
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage network infrastructure
  • Demonstrated knowledge of advanced LAN/WAN routing and switching protocols
  • Demonstrated knowledge of route management protocols
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects
  • Ticket queue management experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
  • United States Citizenship is required
