Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • You will be expected to develop, maintain, and update written policies and procedures, as well as participate in the facility's quality assurance program and government surveys.
  • This role requires managing staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure quality care is maintained at all times.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in state
  • Nursing degree from accredited college
  • 2 years or more long-term care experience
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • PCC knowledge preferred
  • English language proficiency required
