  • Coordinate and participate in staff recruitment, hiring, payroll, and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and positive employee relations.
  • Plan, conduct, and document all required fire/disaster drills and organize in-service education programs for staff to ensure competency and new skills.
  • Supervise staff, conduct patient care rounds, coordinate infection control, and provide direct resident care while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • Maintain continuing education/licensing
