This role provides day-to-day medical management for up to 20 Rehab@Home patients and 2 Pathways to Home patients within a dedicated rehabilitation team.

Must-have
Bachelor Medicine or Bachelor Surgery degree
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
Minimum 3 years postgraduate clinical experience
Participation in Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine training
Valid Driver's License required for home visits

Key Requirements
