Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • 1 year PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
  • 3 years experience in area of specialization
  • Registered Pharmacist (RPh) - State Licensing Board
  • Board Certification in specialty or pharmacotherapy within 24 months
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) certification
  • Preferred Doctorate Pharmacy
  • Preferred 1 year PGY-2 Pharmacy Residency
