Responsible for developing and implementing the department specific tactical plan that is in alignment with the overall integrated health system strategic plan.
Provides effective employee resource management, including appropriate staff scheduling, hiring, training, evaluating, mentoring, coaching, and disciplinary processes.

Key Requirements
