Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting IOM’s capacity building initiatives on disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation, with a focus on the RE2CLID programme.
He/She will be responsible for coordinating training and awareness raising activities aimed at ensuring that stakeholders and communities have adequate knowledge and skills to enable them implement policies, plans and activities effectively.
Participate in capacity building needs assessments for stakeholders and institutions working in disaster risk reduction.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Four years of relevant experience
Six years of relevant experience with diploma
Experience in disaster risk reduction and management
Experience in conducting capacity needs assessments
Experience working with migrants, refugees, and displaced persons
