The RN-MDS Coordinator oversees, coordinates, and assumes responsibility for resident care including admission, discharge, and transitions of care.
The role requires ensuring timely completion of assessments and compliance with federal regulations while acting as a resident advocate and providing leadership to the nursing department.

Key Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license
