Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years facilities experience
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical skills
  • Second shift availability 3PM-11:30PM
  • Onsite work at Memphis location

Nice-to-have

  • Strong knowledge of building automation systems
  • Boiler License 1st Class preferred
  • Experience with fire/life safety systems
  • Knowledge of material handling vehicles
  • Familiarity with CMMS software
