Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PCB design from conception to manufacturing
  • Schematic capture and component placement
  • Trace routing and Gerber/ODB++ file creation
  • Experience with Siemens Xpedition Enterprise
  • Knowledge of Rigid, Flex, and Rigid-Flex boards

Nice-to-have

  • Board layout experience with single and multi-lamination boards
  • Familiarity with IPC 6012 & IPC 6013 standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a team environment
  • Experience with Altium or EAGLE tools

Key Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
  • STEM degree required
  • Less than 2 years of prior experience
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
  • Onsite work in Tucson, AZ required
