  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Experience with MineStar or similar large scale industrial / mining technology solutions
  • Experience in project management, systems implementation, or large capital programs
  • Experience operating in remote, site based, and customer embedded operating models
  • Demonstrated ability to scale organizations and standardize execution globally
