Job Summary

  • As a growth APM, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, retention and monetization strategies on existing as well for new partnerships and own the respective funnels.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements and roadmaps for the growth and retention charter ensuring alignment with business, policy & compliance teams.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for funnel enhancements and raise above industry standard.

  • Minimum 3+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in Lending domain
  • Strong understanding of software development processes
  • Hands on UX building tools like Figma
  • Experience with JIRA/Agile and Scrum methodologies
