Job Summary

  • Be a part of the EDC Team and represent the company by filing and following up on various applications and processes with administrative and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide paralegal and legal assistance to counsel by preparing legal documents, gathering information, and coordinating with internal and external sources for reports.
  • Manage records, prepare budgets, and provide administrative support, including secretarial duties and compliance with company policies and human resources guidelines.
