Must-have
Hands-on Salesforce architecture and implementation
Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations coding
Technical leadership on complex Salesforce projects
Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience with Veeva CRM Commercial Cloud
Pharma field force operations knowledge
Salesforce Well-Architected principles
Nice-to-have
Salesforce Application or System Architect certifications
Experience with public cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP
Understanding of AI and Agentic standards
Experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud
Familiarity with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud features
Knowledge of IQVIA OCE CRM platform
Experience with SAP integration in pharma
Key Requirements
5+ years Salesforce architecture experience
Salesforce Certified Administrator plus one advanced certification
Fluent Spanish and English language skills
Deep hands-on experience with Veeva CRM Commercial Cloud
Experience leading technical delivery on complex projects
