  • This role leads the strategy activation and end-to-end execution of the Partners and Managing Director (PMD) performance management process for the U.S., aiming to enable a high-accountability, performance-driven partner experience.
  • The Associate Director will partner closely with Go to Market functions and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and well-governed design and execution of the PMD performance process.
