Job Summary

  • Develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs fostering a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of the Hydrogen production plant.
  • The HYCO Training Specialist is accountable for managing the technical training program and executing the training for the Operations & Maintenance staff for the Jubail HYCO Facility.
  • Provide guidance to the HYCO operating & maintenance teams through on the job training to ensure the HYCO is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.
