Job Summary
This Business Unit Leader will be responsible for leading manufacturing, maintenance, projects, and base business engineering personnel within the Ethicon WCH manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico.
The main responsibility is to optimize supply chain performance, consistently meet customer expectations and manage the manufacturing operations and projects for Ethicon Wound Closure and Healing.
Develop and implement a talent strategy that ensures a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment and ensures development opportunities are provided for all employees.
