Job Summary
Develops and maintains a program promoting resident and fellow academic success and retention.
Provides individual and group consultation on academic learning strategies and methods, evaluates existing programs/services, and institutes effective strategies for the academic assessment of resident and fellows.
Collaborates with program directors to develop and modify individualized learning plans for residents/fellows as needed.
