The Business Strategy & Initiatives Manager is a key contributor within Global Operations, partnering with Line of Business leaders, Process Owners, Change Management teams, and data partners to drive strategic initiatives, process optimization, and measurable business value.
The ideal candidate is a strong influencer and trusted advisor, equally comfortable challenging the status quo, analyzing complex data, building executive-ready narratives, and leading cross-functional stakeholders through transformation.
