Job Summary

  • This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business.
  • The Business Strategy & Initiatives Manager is a key contributor within Global Operations, partnering with Line of Business leaders, Process Owners, Change Management teams, and data partners to drive strategic initiatives, process optimization, and measurable business value.
  • The ideal candidate is a strong influencer and trusted advisor, equally comfortable challenging the status quo, analyzing complex data, building executive-ready narratives, and leading cross-functional stakeholders through transformation.
