  • Establish and develop customer relationships to promote adoption, value creation, retention, and loyalty around Cordant software solutions.
  • Provide expertise to ensure sustainable customer success and growth throughout the post-sales cycle, including training, coaching, professional services, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with customers on showcasing their successes through case studies, webinars, and conferences, while tracking customer performance indicators and ensuring contract renewals.
