Job Summary

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple, high-volume dining locations, accountable for daily floor operations and overall performance.
• Foster an environment supporting the delivery of the Five Keys (safety, courtesy, show, efficiency and inclusion) and operational excellence.
• Oversee budgets, labor management, and contribute to the preparation of annual operating, 5-year, and capital plans.
