Salary
Base: $25.50 - $36.00 USD per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for cash and/or equity incentive awards; Benefits: Health, savings, retirement, PTO, and banking discounts included

Must-have
Supervisory experience required
Active NMLS registration mandatory
Strong operational compliance knowledge
Cash handling and vault management
Customer relationship management skills
Nice-to-have
Bilingual Russian or Portuguese preferred
Notary License preferred
Undergraduate degree preferred
Community service engagement
Proven sales track record
Key Requirements
HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred
2+ years related customer/sales experience
Active NMLS registration status required
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Eligibility for federal background and credit checks
