Key Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Sous Chef
  • 5+ years of recent experience cooking in a military dining facility
  • Proven experience supervising/managing a dining facility
  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Pass a Military Background Check
  • Obtain food service medical clearance
