  • The primary responsibility of the Senior Landman is to handle an assigned geographical area of Diamondback Energy’s holdings.
  • The Senior Landman will be responsible for the leadership of an asset area and will coordinate with teams and/or technical professionals to ensure the company objectives and goals are met.
  • Provide guidance to support staff and mentorship to fellow landmen.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Energy Management or related field
  • At least five (5) years of progressive Land experience
  • At least three (3) years in-house experience
  • At least four (4) years of Microsoft Office experience
  • High-level understanding of Land and E&P issues
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Permian Basin experience preferred
  • Member of AAPL
