The primary responsibility of the Senior Landman is to handle an assigned geographical area of Diamondback Energy’s holdings.
The Senior Landman will be responsible for the leadership of an asset area and will coordinate with teams and/or technical professionals to ensure the company objectives and goals are met.
Provide guidance to support staff and mentorship to fellow landmen.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Energy Management or related field
At least five (5) years of progressive Land experience
At least three (3) years in-house experience
At least four (4) years of Microsoft Office experience
High-level understanding of Land and E&P issues
Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
