Job Summary

  • The Planner role within the Planning and Assessment team in Homes NSW works to deliver more social and affordable housing, end the cycle of homelessness, and deliver quality public housing.
  • Responsibilities include providing technical planning advice, preparing assessment reports (REFs and SEEs), and managing Part 4 and Part 5 approvals under the EP&A Act.
