Job Summary
Performs design management of various types of projects residential commercial, warehouse/industrial buildings and reviews the Mechanical design of projects.
Leads the design and review of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, irrigation, STPs, elevators, escalators, and piping systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes.
Guides and mentors junior engineers, resolves complex technical issues, and liaises with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure requirements are met.
