Job Summary
This role is a full-time non-operational position focused on managing specific L2/L3 process areas within the Launch to Engage taxonomy to drive process excellence.
The Global Process Lead will ensure alignment with global standards while leading continuous improvement projects covering process design, internal controls, and digital solutions.
Reporting to the Global Process Owner, you will participate in the Process Board meetings and animate the Local Process Champion Community to ensure compliance throughout local processes.
