Field service support for laboratory equipment
Preventive maintenance and upgrades
Customer issue resolution with urgency
Inventory management and stock control
Travel up to 80% within Perth and WA
Nice-to-have
Highly computer literate with Microsoft Office
Experience managing call escalations
Ability to work under fast-paced environment
Team player and excellent communicator
Key Requirements
Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering
Minimum 3 years field service experience
Knowledge of Flow Cytometry, Liquid Handlers, Centrifugation
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
