Job Summary

• Supervise production associates, develop team members, coach, motivate and train associates to high performance levels in a manufacturing environment.
• Lead lean processes and continuous improvement, resolve production line issues and troubleshoot problems, and maintain accurate account of production metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies, and cross-train in other functional areas to support the manufacturing facility.
