Job Summary

  • The incumbent will support the Senior Assistant Director (Operations) in leading, coordinating and executing all planning, development and operationalisation activities required for the successful opening of the new Community Hospital, scheduled to open in 2029.
  • This position emphasises the strategic integration of new digital technologies and smart systems to support healthcare delivery transformation while developing sustainable operations and creating a productive, high-performing workplace for staff.
  • The incumbent will be expected to lead and guide small project teams supporting planning and commissioning workstreams, with responsibility for coordinating cross-functional workgroups comprising clinical, support and corporate stakeholders.
