Key Requirements

  • Graduate of ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy Degree
  • PGY1 residency training or 3 years applicable experience
  • Arkansas licensure or eligibility
  • Board Certification preferred
  • 5 years applicable experience preferred
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
