Job Summary

  • Partnering closely with the People & Experience leadership team, you’ll deliver accurate, timely workforce and remuneration insights, while owning the administration and optimisation of key people systems.
  • Own and administer key SAP SuccessFactors modules including Talent, Learning, Performance, Succession and Compensation, acting as the functional SME and primary support contact.
  • Deliver enterprise workforce, remuneration and diversity reporting, translating data into clear insights, scenarios and recommendations, and building dashboards and metrics.
