Job Summary
Partnering closely with the People & Experience leadership team, you’ll deliver accurate, timely workforce and remuneration insights, while owning the administration and optimisation of key people systems.
Own and administer key SAP SuccessFactors modules including Talent, Learning, Performance, Succession and Compensation, acting as the functional SME and primary support contact.
Deliver enterprise workforce, remuneration and diversity reporting, translating data into clear insights, scenarios and recommendations, and building dashboards and metrics.
