Must-have
Active RN license required
Respond to medical inquiries via phone email
Triage adverse events and product complaints
Work rotating evening shifts EST
Maintain knowledge of GCPs and regulatory guidelines
Nice-to-have
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in a second language may be required
Experience with complex medical literature research
Positive professional demeanor in high pressure situations
Key Requirements
